Our Traditional Service where we at the Real World Rental Company Conduct Viewings we base our Fees at 7.5% of the annual rent.
Our Landlord Partner Service where the Landlord conducts viewings we base our Fees on a Long Term Basis at 4.5% of the annual rent. This Low cost solution can be very effective when competing with many High Street agents.
Short Term Basis
Our Traditional Fee on a Short Term basis is 15%, where we at The Real world Rental Company conduct viewings as well as Meet & Greet Clients on Arrival. typically for our Overseas Clients.
Our Landlord Partner service where the Landlord conducts viewings we base our Fees at 10% of the Short Term Rental Period.
